In this virtual series, participants will focus on what programs with strong language proficiency outcomes are doing. They’ll examine their own practices of engaging learners in using the language in all four skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) and assessing language use for proficiency. Teachers will learn effective strategies, focusing on targeted proficiency outcomes that allow learners to practice using the language every day in all subject areas. Between sessions, participants will reflect on and apply their new learning.
